Returns

If you want to return something please note the following: 

• We will take back your order within 14 days.

• Please ensure return shipping is prepaid, as returns sent without prepaid postage incur significantly higher costs, which we will unfortunately have to pass on to you.
  Please pack the return effectively so that no damage is possible during transport.

• Please pack the return shipment in a way that it will be visible, if the package has been opened on the way of transport (so that contents cannot be removed unnoticed).

• ATTENTION: We are closing our store and online shop on August 31, 2026, and will cease all sales activities.
